Please note that a deposit is required at the time of booking. Cheques should be made payable to eos yacht charters. An invoice for the balance will be sent no later than 6 weeks prior to the charter. This balance should be received no later than 1 month prior to the charter.

I (the undersigned) confirm that I have read and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of eos yacht charters which form part of the Charter Agreement.

I confirm that I have authority to accept such Terms and Conditions on behalf of the Group or Corporate Entity (if applicable) and accept liability for all payments due from the Group or Corporate Entity under them.
